Cancellation Policy: Any person needing/wanting to cancel MUST contact GellyBall Acadiana. Upon speaking to a member of GellyBall Acadiana, rescheduling and or refunds of the party can be assessed. Refunds are on a case by case basis and WILL NOT be refunded if party is canceled the day of the party.
Regular Birthday Party Package
$300 (plus tax) for a 2 Hour party for 12 players with reserved birthday party area.
Game play is for 5 year olds and up.
[$11 (plus tax) extra for each additional player- NOT INCLUDED in this package, will need to be purchased separately.]
Max Players is 16!
Includes pistol gel blaster rental, eye protection or full mask, and ammo for every players.
*includes fillable birthday party invitations*
First hour will be for play time that consists of 45 minutes of continuous game play.
This gives our staff 15 minutes of the hour for clean up.
Second hour reserved will be for cake/food and or gifts.
Sneakers/ Tennis Shoes ONLY allowed footwear to play GellyBall games!
Person responsible for party will set up and take down any personal decorations that were brought in.
Deposit is due at the time of booking, which is half of the final total.
Final payment is due at the day of the party.
Waivers for everyone attending party, whether playing or not, need to be in day before party (will accept waiver at party on case by case basis).
They will need to be signed by an adult, age 18 and older that is a parent/guardian of said underage person.

To schedule a birthday party, we need at least a 2 weeks notice (depends on availability). To cancel we need at least 5 days notice.
Parties booked during business hours will be open to the general public as well.

Package Add Ons
1.Upgrade 12 players to rifle gel blasters. *Additional $100. (For 5 years olds and up)
2.Add an extra 30 minutes of game play. *Additional $55.
3.Upgrade 12 players to our High Velocity rifle gel blasters. *Additional $200. (For 10 years olds and up)
